How To Order

GREETING CARDS, BLANK STATIONERY, FINE PRINTS
Place your order now by selecting the design you'd like and indicating the quantity. Please be sure to include your email address at checkout. Your order will mail out in 3 to 5 business days.

PERSONALIZED INVITATIONS
Personalized invitation orders require up to 4 weeks. Once I receive your invitation order, I'll email you a form to fill out and return so you are able to provide me with all the details of your event.

After Tam Dandy receives an email of your completed form, you will receive digital design proofs via email. This takes between 2-5 business days. Two (2) rounds of minor revisions are included in the cost of your order. Any additional revisions will cost $65 per round.

When I receive your final approval via email, your order will go to print. Your invitations will be ready to ship to you in 3 weeks.

What types of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I pay if I don't have a PayPal account?
Yes. You can select to pay with your debit or credit card without opening an account.

Where do I submit my event info?
Please be sure to include your email address when you place your orderand I'll email you a form to fill out.

Why don’t I don't see any Save the Dates, Menus, Table Numbers, Place Cards or Ceremony Programs. Do you offer them?
Absolutely! Once you've placed your invitation order simply contact me to receive a quote.

Do I get to see my invitation design with my information before it gets printed?
Yes. You'll receive digital proofs via email. Your order only goes to print once I've received written approval from you.

Can I see an actual sample of my order?
You may purchase a sample during checkout and I'll mail it to you. In order to create a personalized sample, you'll need to place your order first and I require an additional $65 fee.

Can I cancel my order?
There is a cancellation charge of 35% of your total order once proofs have been sent. If your order is canceled once it has been printed, there are no refunds.

Can I order less than 25 invitations?
25 is the minimum quantity available. You may order 1 invitation as a sample during checkout.

Where are you located?
Tam Dandy is based in Minneapolis, MN.

How long does it take to get my order?
From the time I receive your final approval in writing, it takes up to 4 weeks to produce and ship your order.

How is my order shipped?
Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) with delivery confirmation (within the U.S.). Please contact me before you place your order if you wish to expedite or insure your package. Please note that requesting any additional insurance/protection is ALWAYS the responsibility of the BUYER. Please note that I will NOT be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Do you offer rush services?
Yes! Please contact me.

Can you print my guests' addresses on the envelopes?
Yes. Addressing services are an additional $1.25 per address/envelope plus a one time $50 set-up fee. Addresses must be provided in an excel spreadsheet. Please contact Tam Dandy to receive spreadsheet requirements.

Can I make changes to the design?
Tam Dandy designs are carefully crafted. Changing the design requires you to place a custom order. Please feel free to contact me for details.

Once I place an order, can I use the design for something else?
Copyright law protects all designs. All content including, but not limited to graphics, images, layout, and illustrations are protected under applicable copyrights. Under no circumstance may you copy Tam Dandy designs.

What is Digital "Flat" Printing?
This printing method is the most affordable way to print small orders (less than 1,000 pieces). The ink/pigment does not permeate the paper, as does conventional ink, but forms a thin layer on the surface and may in some systems be additionally adhered to the substrate by using a fuser fluid with heat process (toner) or UV curing process (ink). Digital printing allows high quality, small quantities to be printed quickly at lower costs due to the lack of costly set up fees some other printing methods require.

Don't copy any designs. All content including, but not limited to design, graphics, images and illustrations are protected under applicable copyrights. This Site is only for internal, personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, print (except for purposes of placing an order), publish, re-publish, display or distribute any portion of the Site or any content and materials for purposes other than internal, personal and non-commercial without the express written permission of Tam Dandy Design. The posting of information or materials on this Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.

RETURNS
Since your order is created just for you and cannot be re-sold, we cannot accept returns for a refund. In the unlikely event that you should receive an order that is damaged in any way or if the there is an error due to negligence on Tam Dandy’s behalf, we will gladly absorb the production costs associated with replacing the damaged pieces or correcting any errors.
All design proofs must be carefully checked before submitting your written approval. Tam Dandy accepts no responsibility for the quality of the content (including, but not limited to, misspelled words and grammatical errors). If an error is discovered after an order has been submitted for production, a reprint fee will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS

You privacy is important to Tam Dandy Design Shoppe. The types of personal information collected from you are: name, address, email address, phone number, credit/debit card information and information pertaining to your event.

How your information is used
Information you provide about yourself when placing an order will only be used to complete that order. This information will not be used with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. The information you provide about someone else when placing an order will only be used only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. This information is not shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Tam Dandy uses return email addresses to answer the email she receives.
